Rentals makes art accessible and new to Spain. In addition, Wenda can advise, search for you or even have something made.

How does Casa Adnew work?

Wenda likes to keep things clear and simple. You can buy art or rent (borrow) art at Casa Adnew. To rent art you first become a member of Casa Adnew. That costs 5 euros per month.

Each piece of art that can be rented (borrowed) has a monthly rental fee based on the sale price. Half of the monthly amount is rent, the other half you save. This saved amount can be used again at Casa Adnew for the purchase of art.

You may always try out art or exchange it. That way, your own casa always stays fresh and surprising.

Casa Adnew: 2 possibilities

Casa Adnew is an art center with offices in Amsterdam and Málaga. The Casa advises, assists, receives commissions and forms a collective with a selected number of artists from within and outside Europe. The art objects can be purchased, borrowed or saved.

Casa Adnew's Art Loan has two options:

Borrowing (renting) the artwork, at a fixed monthly rate;

Borrowing (renting) the artwork while saving for the purchase of an artwork at Casa Adnew.

Casa Adnew enters into the Art Lending Agreement with the customer as a renter or as a renter & saver on the terms and conditions listed below.
