Casa Adnew is a concept of its own. Wenda wants to make art accessible and bring it into your home or your surroundings, whether you buy it or rent it.

Renting makes art accessible, and in Spain it's something new. Wenda can also advise you, search on your behalf, or even have something made.

How does Casa Adnew work?

Wenda likes to keep things clear and simple. At Casa Adnew you can buy art or rent it. To rent, you first become a member of Casa Adnew, which costs 5 euros a month.

Every work available to rent has a monthly fee based on its sale price. Half of that fee is rent; the other half becomes savings. You can put those savings towards buying art at Casa Adnew later.

You can always try a work out or swap it for another. That way your own casa stays fresh and surprising.

Casa Adnew: two options

Casa Adnew is an art centre with locations in Amsterdam and Málaga. The Casa advises, helps, takes commissions and forms a collective with a selected group of artists from within and beyond Europe. The works can be bought, rented, or saved towards.

Casa Adnew's art lending works in two ways:

Renting the work for a fixed monthly fee;

Renting the work while saving towards buying a piece at Casa Adnew.

Casa Adnew enters into the Art Lending Agreement with the customer as a renter or as a renter & saver on the terms and conditions listed below.
